Cancellation
I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, for any reason.Payment method

Refunds
You can request a full refund prior to the purchase of assets and beginning of retexturing.After assets are purchased, I can no longer offer a refund that includes asset fees. Asset fees will be subtracted from your total refund.After retexturing or kitbashing begins, I can no longer offer refunds of any kind.

Chargebacks
Unannounced chargebacks will result in immediate blacklisting, and they will be disputed. I document my work processes, conversations with clients, and delivered products extensively.Payment Plans
I accept split payment for orders over $100. You can pay 50% upfront, and 50% upon completion if you wish. Other payment plans can be discussed.In order to reserve your spot in the working queue, you must pay either the first 50% (if order is over $100) or the full amount of the commission. Commissions are on a first paid first served basis, with the exception of rush orders.

You must own the base avatar that I am retexturing, and possibly some of the assets too. How do I receive my finished VRChat avatar?
As far as VRChat upload goes, there are two options:The first option requires that you log in via VRChat account, not a Steam account, that you must have enough hours logged in VRChat to upload avatars, and you must be comfortable sharing your email and password with me, as well as a code sent to your email when I try to login. I recommend using a temporary password for this method, and I can also stream what I'm doing as I login upon request, so you know I'm not doing anything malicious with your details!The second option is for me to upload it to my account, and you can use the public version! This comes at the risk of other people cloning your avatar if you don't have your settings properly configured, or by other people using third-party tools.

When will I receive my finished avatar?
It depends on where you are in the queue! You can check your place in the queue here! For each commission in front of you, assume it will take an additional week to get to your project. Once I’ve reached your commission in the queue, it will take a maximum of a week to complete.Please note, this assumes normal working speeds. There are rare situations in which I may take longer. Use this as an estimate tool, and not a harsh deadline.

How often will I receive updates?
While waiting in the queue, you won’t receive any updates on your place in line. However, you can always check my Trello, linked here, to look at my progress on avatars I’m working on before yours. Once I start in on your commission, you’ll receive updates at each stage of work so you can approve it and I can move on to the next stage. These updates shouldn’t be more than 24 hours apart. If more than 24 hours passes without an update, feel free to reach out and I’ll let you know where I’m at.

Can you do a project that requires custom sculpting/modeling work?
I personally am not capable of doing custom 3D modeling or sculpting from scratch. However, I’m more than happy to work with you to find someone who does 3D modeling work and collaborate with them to create an avatar for you! If you’re looking for an entirely custom sculpted avatar head to toe, I’m probably not the right choice for you. But if you’re looking for a retextured/kitbashed avatar with some custom made assets, I can help out!

What if I’m not sure where to find assets or I don’t know what assets I want?
Feel free to ask me for recommendations! I can provide links to assets I believe would suit what you’re looking for, or provide catalogs of assets for you to look through.

What if I’m really interested, but the final price for the avatar is out of my budget?
Just let me know! Please don’t ghost me upon hearing your quote, my goal is to work with you and your budget. I will do my best to find assets in your price range, add/remove features as necessary, offer payment plans, and bargain with you on labor costs.
